What is the property tax rate in Santa Barbara, California?

I know there are different rates on area but what is the general? 2, 3, 4%?

Additional Details

I know about this site http://taxes.co.santa-barbara.ca.us/prop… but it requires the TRA and I haven't found anything online to where to find out.

Prop 13 generally limits property taxes to roughly 1% of assessed value everywhere in California.

There are some small amounts that are exempt from the prop 13 limits and can be added locally, so the rate might be 1.1% or something, depending upon the location -- check with the county offices. If you can't find it online, just call them, they will tell you.
